Joe Bilby is a constitutional conservative who believes that the job of a judge is to be faithful to the Constitution and always follow the law.
For too long, Joe’s opponent has behaved in a way that puts his personal preferences ahead of the law. Recently the Kentucky Supreme Court issued an unanimous opinion that overruled Joe’s opponent, calling his legal reasoning “unsupported by sound legal principles” with “an erroneous application of the law.” In other words, Joe’s opponent did not follow the law. And that is why Joe is running. Joe believes it is time for a change and that the people of Franklin County deserve a judge who will follow the law, who will be fair to everyone, and who will not play favorites. Joe is the right candidate to serve as a Franklin Circuit Court judge. |
